3×8 Project: Stillwater, Evil Twin, Cabinet Brewhouse

This project is a collaborative effort between Brian of Stillwater, Jeppe of Evil Twin, and Terry of Cabinet Brewhouse. 

Our brewery, Cabinet Artisanal Brewhouse, has a unique system that allows us to brew one beer, and “tamper” with the same base beer in 8 different kettles. We utilized this system to create 24 UNIQUE BEERS…8 by Terry, 8 by Jeppe, and 8 by Brian. 

Cabinet Brewhouse
Sungasm (sour, brett fermented golden ale aged on 8 different woods)

Stillwater Ales
a sour, brett fermented low abv golden ale spiked with 8 different teas

Evil Twin
Bikini Beer Variations (a 2.5% IPA brewed from 10-80 IBU’s)

All 3 brewers will be in house for the festivities!
