Our food can be described as American with a European influence. It is not uncommon for our seasonally changing menu to offer game meats and dishes prepared with beer or spirits. Furthermore, we go to great strides to sources as much of our offerings from local and sustainable farms as is possible. In addition to our main menu, we offer a varying list of domestic cheese, house pickled goods, and house cured meat.
