As you may know, Mikkel of Mikkeller runs both an incredible brewery and bar in Copenhagen, Denmark. Mikkel, a gypsy brewer, has created a wildy successful brand. In less than 7 years, he is regarded as one of the worlds most respected beer-makers. Though Mikkel couldn’t make it this year on account of a family emergency, Thomas, his right hand man, will lead us on a journey through the unique inner workings of the Mikkeller brand. After hanging out with the guys a few weeks ago, we were blown away by their operation, and their passion.

This class is a special opportunity to try some very very rare bottles of beer and listen to Thomas tell the story of Mikkeller! Questions are (of course) encouraged!
