This is (by far) the event we are most excited about! We somehow managed to collect a panel of ridiculously knowledgable and accomplished industry folks to meet together under one roof, at one table, to ramble on about low abv, “session” beer.

But wait! Don’t yawn. This is why we are having this event: to tackle the common misconception in the craft beer world that low abv beer is flavorless, boring, uneventful, not very “crafty,” doesn’t give you the “bang” for your “buck,” etc, etc…. This could not be further from the truth! The point of this forum is to disprove those misconceptions. We will be offering a staggering array of styles and flavor profiles, ranging from stouts, to bitters, to kolsch, to lambic, to steam beer, to brett beers, to hoppy ales, to sour ales, etc….from the countries of Spain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Denmark, USA, England, + more!

You can certainly expect this affair to be interactive, educational, provocative, and heated. This is a rare opportunity to be in one room with such innovative and accomplished folks in the beer scene. All of our passionate guests have helped to create the extraordinary American beer scene by pushing the limits and offering incredible experiences for all beer lovers.

Each panelist is picking the beer of their choice, all 5% or lower. We will be serving at least 10 beers, (probably more to simply prove the point that you can drink session beer all day and still stand!) We must warn you, however, with Dan Shelton as the moderator, this event is sure to stretch onward until 11pm…!! Cheeses and meats will be provided for your comfort.
