This is a very special event, one that we have been “working on” for almost a year now. We’ve cellared 10 kegs of very special beers, created through the “Zymatore Project” at the B. United International facilities in CT.
B. United International is an importing company that we intimately work with to create our European-focus draft and bottle selection. Matthias, the owner, has developed a barrel-ageing project called the Zymatore Project. The Zymatore Project is an innovative idea to put beers from his portfolio into very unique barrels, sourced from all over the world. The barrels range from wine to mead to gin to whiskey, etc… The goal of the project is to create an exciting new set of flavors and aromas that blur the lines between beer, wine and even spirit. The results are truly exceptional. This is a night not to be missed! Each keg we’ll have on tap is literally a 1 barrel yield for the country (in other words, about 13 20L kegs!).
